Hi, I'm your assistant built by London Regional Employment Services to help you make sure that you can access all the resources and supports available to you. I'll ask you a few simple questions to help your Employment Counsellor understand your goals and the resources they will need to support you. You can skip any questions you are not sure about, and your answers will stay private.

Here are a few things to know before we start:

• Answer only what you're comfortable with.

  • You can skip questions you're not sure about or prefer to discuss with your Counsellor.
  • There are no right or wrong answers. This is information about you and only used to provide you with resources and support.

• Your privacy is fully protected.

  • No personal information is stored in this assistant. Nothing you share will be given to anyone else, including employers.
  • Please do not enter personal details like your name, address, phone number, SIN, or employer.
  • If these are entered by mistake, they will be blocked out to keep your answers confidential.

• Keep your session code.

  • At the end, you will get a 6-character session code (shown at the top right of your screen).
  • You must share this code with your Counsellor—without it, they cannot see your answers.

• If you need help.

  • If you don't understand a question, type in your own question.
  • I'll give you more information to help you answer.

Just do your best. Share as much or as little as you like. Your Counsellor will go over everything with you when you meet.
